I saw some of employees of this apartment house are working best as they can. They put too much salt for caring residents not to slip on ice, and sweeping the salt on the carpet. I love weekdays on this apt. It’s so peaceful. Dog poop, cigarette butts, garbage all over issues are the residents who have to pick up their own mess. Even luxury apts have same problems and repair a lot. I think residents who choose this apartment house are smarter savers. Only major problem on this apartment house have a parking space near by where we live. They don’t have enough parking spaces especially weekends and holidays.

Just moved in and wanted to say how happy I am with the apartments. I never leave reviews for anything but I see a lot of negative reviews and wanted to share an accurate reflection of my experience. The office was a touch disorganized but very apologetic for paper work delays, personable and kind. They’re fantastic people who I look forward to working with for the duration of my time here. Being disorganized happens and in the end everything got done on the timeline we agreed to. The apartment was in great condition upon arrival. A few very hard to notice maintenance issues were there but it took moving in and using absolutely everything to figure it out. The washer/dryer water pipe had come off the back and when I did my first load flooded my closet. Luckily I nothing I had was damaged and when I called the office maintenance arrived within 5 minutes! They vacuumed up all the water, attached the pipe and were so kind. They apologized for this happening even though I said I understood and went on their way. Overall maintenance arriving and repairs took maybe 20 minutes. Super fast! The application process was quick and easy and approval took no time. Even with not great credit the deposit was totally reasonable (less than half the first months rent) and all the rent and fees were prorated for the month of moved. The complex is in a fantastic location close to absolutely everything and there’s parking galore. The neighbor hood is so nice and the courtyards are well maintained. Anyone complaining about people not picking up after their dogs needs to realize that’s an issue of the owners not management. Not much they can do to enforce that. They supply dog potty bags at tons of stations as well as trash cans. It’s up to the residents to utilize them. The neighbors have been kind and quiet. Only noise I hear is at normal hours and it’s extremely minimal. A few neighbors have gone out of their way to say hello and several have even offered to help me carry in my groceries or items when my hands are full. I’m looking forward to living here and hope to continue the positive experience.

I wish this apartment complex would get lights in their stairwells at night. I fell down to a landing on the bottom floor. I'm a food delivery driver and this place is a negligent lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm thinking of replacing those bulbs myself. Edit: Seems like they fixed the issue complex-wide.

I think my apartment is beautiful, with great emeneties, I haven't had an issue with anyone it's a huge plus how close you are to everything stores/highway/food. The grounds are large and open, and it's pet friendly and my dogs are extremely happy here, they love the running space. I been here about 4 months and I haven't had an issue with management whatsoever ,They are pretty amazing in how they treat you like a person and are always there to listen and to do their best to help.

I assume I moved in when the staff was changed so maybe things are just more enforced now? Overall it’s a great place to live, has very friendly neighbors and great management! It’s also one of the only apartments in the area that allows pets.

Cherry Hill Apartments is great! Its perfect for friends, or students, or people wanting to move out with roommates! Rent is reasonable for the area, only a few minutes from the mall. Maintenance guys are friggin hilarious, and the office ladies are always awesome to work with me! SO SO much better than the last management.

this is one of the best places I have ever rented from. after reading the other reviews I feel as though they were either really high maintenance people or had never actually worked a day in their life. the rent is very fair for what you get although higher in price, I live in cherry hill for a year and any complaint I had or help I needed was taken care of very quickly and professionally, they started a really strict no smoking policy which they enforced even to the point where i was encouraged to help them catch anyone breaking the rules and if they had enough proof they would evict the tenants. The apartments themselves were very well maintained I only ever needed help once with my water heater which was fixed the same day within the hour after calling. management is super friendly and is willing somewhat to work with you on rent if you're going to be a few days late never once did i have to pay a late fee due to me waiting for a paycheck just had to talk to the office and ask for permission to be a few days late and they were fine with it all time i asked. Gigabit internet is included in the cost of rent (mandatory entertainment fee) however on regular speed tests I would get around 950Mbps both upload and download and as a content creator talk about the dream all in all i highly recommend living here its a fun place to live they keep the grounds clean and if people are not obeying the rules take pictures and report them and THINGS WILL GET DONE

We really enjoy living here. The apartments are modern and the location is perfect. We can walk to the mall nearby , restaurants, the movie theater. The indoor pool really sold us on this property, however it doesn't seem opetable during the times for our busy schefule. Internet is awesome for our lifestyle.
